The snow-covered area-related product "Rock Fence for Snowy Areas" is a rockfall protection fence designed to prevent rockfall during snow-free periods and to protect against damage to the wire mesh caused by the weight of snow during snowy periods. Conventional rockfall protection fences, which are not designed with snow load in mind, have experienced numerous damage incidents when snow accumulates to over 50 cm on top of the fence. After conducting multiple experiments and thoroughly analyzing snow loads, we designed this product.
